Leo Wheat, Jr. D.M.D.
Dr. Leo Wheat, Jr., owner and operating of Wheat Family Dental, started the practice in 1995. A Medical College of Georgia graduate, Dr. Wheat was president of his class. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Kennesaw Sate University in Kennesaw, Georgia. Dr. Wheat recently retired from the United States Air Force, most recently serving as Major and Base Dental Surgeon.
In his spare time, Dr. Wheat enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Glenda and their two children, Tre’ and Lauren. He is also an avid movie fan and enjoys playing tennis.
Steven Williams, D.M.D.
Dr. Williams joined Wheat Family Dental in 2001. After receiving his Bachelors Degree in 1991 from Savannah State College, he then received his doctorate degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1996. Prior to coming on board at Wheat Family Dental, Dr. Williams practiced in Macon, Georgia with his father for four years.
Dr. Williams enjoys sports, fitness, self-help and investing in his spare time.
James Reid Roberts, III
Dr. Roberts joined the practice as an associate in June 2004. A 2004 graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, he also holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. He is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Georgia Dental Association.
Dr. Roberts enjoys playing guitar, duck hunting, fly fishing and running in his spare time. He is married to Beverly, also a dentist, and spends a lot of time with their two children, Claudia and Quade.
